Sherwood Motel is centrally located in Kitchener with easy access to highway 401 and just minutes away from Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University & the University of Waterloo. We are in walking distance of several restaurants and Kitchener's largest mall. Downtown Kitchener is only a five minute drive. The region's premier night club The Revolution and one of its finest dining establishments The Flying Dog are only minutes away via the expressway.

We offer our guests 26 comfortable rooms with one or two queen size beds. All our rooms are equipped with a full bath, colour cable TV, direct dial phones, computer hook-up capabilities and mini-refrigerators. Non-smoking and kitchenette units are available upon request. We have ample parking and our outdoor swimming pool is open from the middle of May through to the end of September (weather permitting!).


We are close to most local attractions such as the St. Jacob's Farmer's Market - they offer hand-made crafts, quality food, and much more. The market covers many acres and is a mixture of both outdoor market and permanent indoor booths. Market days are Thursday and Saturday year round, and also Tuesdays throughout the summer months. Other attractions include SportsWorld, Joseph Snider Haus and African Lion Safari, to name just a few. And of course, "Oktoberfest".
